Private Client Vaults
We have a range of private vaulted rooms available at both our London locations. All of our vaults are housed within a purpose built facility that has been designed and constructed in consultation with experts in the field of security, fire, environmental control and insurance.
Private vaulted rooms range from 4m2 to 40m2, all of which have a full museum specification controlled environment. Each vault can be tailored to meet the exact requirements of your collection and our specialist team is on hand to provide a discreet and professional service.

Collection Management System
Our Collection Management system is just one of the ways
you can administer your collection whilst in our care.
For clients selecting our shared space managed storage option, we create a unique barcode for each work, which is scanned every time it is moved or leaves the warehouse.
This means there is a full log of your collection’s movements on record and we can retrieve your artworks at a moment’s notice. You will also find our London facilities are fully customs approved, so we are able to offer a range of solutions for your customs needs.

Museum Quality Storage Facility
Our private storage vaults are climate and humidity controlled with dual key access, enabling individual items and entire exhibitions to be stored for any period of time. In addition, we provide a more economical heated (ambient temperature) option for consideration.
It is also possible to digitally manage your storage, which not only helps you to visualise the display but to maximise utilisation of the space. We are proud to have facilities rated amongst the best in the world.
Dedicated Viewing Rooms
We have various private viewing rooms available to hire across both our London facilities. This includes a large presentation space over 100m2 and a height clearance of 4.5 metres. All our viewing spaces are complete with bespoke lighting and picture-hanging systems. In addition to our viewing rooms, we have devoted meeting rooms with full amenities, services and connectivity.
Our on-site team are on hand to provide art handling, packing, condition reporting, conservation, transportation, customs and coordination to help move your collection safely anywhere in the world.
