Team Personal Assistant (Exhibitions)

We are looking for a talented Exhibitions Assistant to join our Middle-East team

Our Middle-East team is growing so we are looking for an Assistant to support the team in the coordination of Exhibitions and Acquisitions for emerging Museums in the Arab Gulf.

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing a premium service at all times to meet the client’s service requirements
  • Providing assistance to the Coordinators and Account Manager, which may involve booking transport, liaising with airlines, shipping lines, courier companies and other companies within our industry
  • Ensuring all work is organised with a methodical approach, handled in a confidential, professional and consistent manner
  • Provide quick but accurate responses to estimates and enquiries
  • Keeping track of budgeting within a project and preparing invoices
  • Opportunity to travel to countries in the Middle-East to undergo site visits and meet clients

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have an interest in pursuing a career in international logistics and fine art
  • Have high attention to detail and organised approach to work
  • Works well as part of team and in a multi-tasking environment
  • Previous office admin experience
  • Excel proficiency is favourable
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Arabic speaking and/or reading proficiency is a bonus but not essential
